eSIMply Pro provides digital eSIM reselling services that enable travelers to access mobile data at competitive rates in over 200 countries without the need for a physical SIM card.

Registration

By registering and using eSIMply Pro services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as any operational rules, guidelines, or procedures we may publish. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Refund Policy

If the eSIM is not working due to valid technical issues originating from our service, you may request a refund or replacement. Refunds are not provided for device incompatibility, as users are required to verify device compatibility before purchase. The eSIM validity begins only when data is consumed in a supported country.

Cancellation Policy

Once purchased, the eSIM cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Activation and Usage

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices are compatible with eSIM technology and are not locked by a carrier. Compatibility can be checked by dialing *#06# to verify the EID is present.
• Activation of the eSIM is under the user's responsibility and must be completed through the app or website. Users will see the purchased eSIM under their account immediately after activation.
• If the eSIM cannot be activated due to technical issues originating from eSIMply Pro, you may request a refund or replacement.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of eSIMply Pro. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

eSIMply Pro is not liable for:

• Indirect losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
• Device incompatibility or issues caused by third-party providers such as mobile carriers or payment gateways.
• Service interruptions due to network errors, maintenance, or force majeure events.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

eSIMply Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination:

• Any remaining balance or data will be forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service.

Modifications to Terms and Services

Force Majeure

eSIMply Pro is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or acts of government. In case of a force majeure event lasting more than 30 days, the service may be terminated without liability.
